Role Description:

To think, read, research, google, analyze, assimilate, aggregate ideas - stories - techniques into a vision in form of business requirement documents, user case document and technical design documents to help vision take form of exciting new products, features and services. 

Skills Required:

  1. Ability to do thorough Market Research, Investment Analysis, Cost Value Analysis.

  2. Client Research - Prospective Clients to target Audience Selection

  3. Product/Service Valuation - Cost to consumer vs. Cost to producer

  4. Ability to create revenue sources using Digital Products/Services via various eCommerce platforms (internal and external).

  5. Branding/Logistics/Supply Chain Management - Ability to create marketing slogan, branding, blog posts on latest industry trends and methodologies.

  6. Provide/arrange end to end customer focused solutions to end users using human and technology resources.

DEVELOPERS

Internship / Full Time

Looking for smart, independent, articulate, self-driven, responsible and skilled/trainable candidates.

Candidates will be required to demonstrate good communication skills, aptitude and deep interest / passion for programming and technology space.

Degree Preferred: MCA's, B.E., B.Tech (Comp Sci.) / other strong technical candidates. (student/graduate)

Role Description:

Develop and enhance of algorithmic trading platform and tools associated to portfolio and risk management.

Skills required: Knowledge of messaging services e.g. JMS, Apache Kafka, Active MQ. Caching technologies and Relational/NoSQL Databases. Knowledge of Machine Learning and AI techniques is a significant plus. General knowledge of financing markets and products is additional plus. Demonstrated knowledge of design and development using Java, R and Python. E.g. Github Projects and other coding projects in school or previous job/internships.

  • Strong technical skills in Java and Python/R - real-time, multi-threaded, high availability

  • Strong object-oriented programming skills and design patterns

  • Experience with Development on Windows

  • Experience with performance testing and profiling

  • Understanding of distributed design concepts including computer architecture and network architecture

  • Agile methodologies, continuous delivery

QUANTITATIVE ANALYST

Candidates will be required to demonstrate good communication skills, superior analytical / quantitative aptitude and deep interest / passion for programming and mathematics being applied to financial domain.

Degree Preferred: Math / Statistics / Physics / Operation Research background. (student/graduate)

Role Description:

Develop, enhance, aid in development of algorithmic trading and tools associated to portfolio and risk management by using mathematical techniques such as optimization, PCA, regression and statistical analysis will be used to do security analysis. Basics of probability, statistics and matrix algebra is a must know as they form the basis of analysis, forecasting and analytics. Further time series and cross-sectional analysis on fundamental and technical data on assets will be used to generate quantitative models and trading strategies. Machine learning and AI shall be used where possible to enhance the model accuracy and prediction power.

Skills Required:

  1. Advanced Statistical Analysis - Hypothesis Testing, Sampling, Distribution

  2. Probability Theory - Conditional Probability, Bayes Theorem

  3. Linear/Matrix Algerbra - Matrix Decomposition, Matrix Multiplication, PCA

  4. Advanced Calculus - Hessian Matrix, Jacobian Matrices, Matrix Decomposition Math.

  5. Operation Research Techniques such as Regression, Optimization
